Ever felt like there just doesn't seem to be any companies that provide good old fashioned customer service, but yet you felt helpless to do anything about it?  They are multi-million dollar and sometimes multi-billion dollar companies trying to save every buck they can, and my little complaint just isn't going to make a difference.

Well, hopefully this site will dispel that idea.  The goal of this website is to take your complaint and exponentially MAGNIFY it.  The sole purpose of this site is to encourage and influence businesses to provide quality products and service from the time we purchase until WE no longer need their services or products anymore.  Don't get me and then FORGET me after the sale. 

When you join as a member, you agree to join other members in complaining against companies that DO NOT live up to their advertising, their sales pitches, and the word in general.  I'm sure you've heard of organized crime, well we are now ORGANIZED CRYING, that's right, the squeaky wheel gets the oil!  We will unite to support each other in LEGITIMATE complaints, this is not designed to harass any company, but when our members speak up in numbers, WE WILL act!
